Lizzie Wynn (previously Lizzie Slatter) grew up in Talsarnau, Wales at Hotel Maes y Neuadd. Surrounded by and working in seven acres of stunning grounds and a productive vegetable garden, she developed a love of gardening and landscaping that has stayed with her always. Art college led to a degree in photography which has formed part of her work ever since (lizziewynn.co.uk). In 1995 Lizzie began a one acre broadleaf woodland project which was grant assisted by the Snowdonia National Park. Since then, she has developed a second acre with a sweeping avenue of rowan and birch trees which arrive at a wild fruit circle that leads through a willow plantation into a small cottage style garden and a small orchard.
In 2003 she bought a farm in Andalucia and has been learning how to farm olives, almonds, grapes and figs, whilst creating a drought resistant garden and building an earthship style house for her family (cortijodelzapatero).
In 2010 she started an eco-construction business (casaverdesur).
In 2013 Lizzie returned to to the UK to work in landscaping, gardening and photography, at first with winters on the farm in Spain, now full time in Wales. She divides her time between Lady Landscaper work and studying for her MSc in Sustainability and Adaptation of the Built Environment.

Born and raised on a vast Manitoba crop farm in Canada, Charissa learned early how to build barns and drive heavy machinery. In 2010, she began a journey through Spain, working on small organic farms, extending her knowledge and experience of sustainable living, permaculture and tree pruning . She's a planter and a harvester and Charissa's interests reach into foraging wild food.
In 2013 she began to put this experience into gardens in the UK. She is a member of The Small Woods Association and is currently learning to manage her own small woodland in Wales. She has volunteered at The Centre for Alternative Technology in her free time with an interest in woodland management and trail maintenance. She is a wood carver and green wood worker.
